Provide analytical and technical expertise to Human Services Department as Information Technology Supervisor. Act as County Technical Lead for Child Welfare System, C-­IV State Eligibility System, County Behavioral Health Electronic Medical Records and Human Services Center.

• • Provide Top level support to department network and connected State networks as Help Desk Supervisor.

  • Manage and evaluate performance of the Information Technology Unit and agency Help Desk team.

  • Evaluate agency technological needs and prepare budgets for technical projects, improvements and maintenance.

  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for development of organization and divisional strategies and projects.

  • Interprets Federal, State, County and local regulations to determine impact on assigned system functions and modify system to ensure compliance.

  • Designed, developed and implemented computerized systems, networks, servers and hosted services.
