Developed and managed the implementation of a fully automated Microsoft 2012 Domain ensuring security and compliance resulting in reduced technical support costs and increase agency technical capacity.

Human Services Center

Technical Lead – 2010

Managed technical and data security aspects of the Human Services Center construction to provide a secure data infrastructure and distribution framework, telecommunications, and access controls serving 37,000 sq ft for three separate agencies.

VoIP: Human Services

Technical Lead – 2010

Researched, proposed, and managed the implemented a of VoIP solution to increase staff features, reduced need for vendor support, provide expandability, and lower total cost of ownership over prior PBX systems.

Help Desk System – 2009

Managed to creation of a help desk and associated system for tracking for Mariposa County Human Services. The project included development of policy, procedures, and technical manuals used by staff and help desk technicians. The associated ticketing system included auto responses, dynamic menus, automated functions, real time reporting functionality, and a web dashboard.

Mariposa County Web Pages

Project Lead – 2008

Coordinated a task force responsible for developing the departmental web page structure with content to ensure consistency with County website project. Responsibilities included plan development, constructing a team, conducting stakeholder gathers, implementation, and evaluation of the end result.

State Eligibility System

Technical Lead – 2008

Provided technical expertise for the migration to the C-IV State Welfare Eligibility system. Responsible to developing the solutions for local staff during data migration, system training, and implementation. This project required work both at the State and Department level.

Housing Authority System Conversion

Technical Lead – 2007

Provided technical expertise and support during the Housing Authority database solution conversion. Worked closely with remote vendors to performed local conversation and migration to new server hardware. Project included designing and planning for upgraded computer hardware, configurations and network capacity.

Comprehensive Assessment Tool

Technical Expert – 2007

Technical lead for the implementation of the Comprehensive Assessment Tool in Mariposa County to improve data collection in Child Welfare Services. Designated as Technical Expert by SPHERE Institute for all country contact.

Electronic Medical Records

Technical Lead – 2006

Provided technical expertise and project management for the implementation of the Anasazi Electronic Medical Records system for Mariposa County from a paper charts.
